Prices are per room per night (based on double occupancy) including breakfast and VAT at the prevailing rate. Additional children under the age of 12 in the same room are priced at £25.00 per night.
Dovecote may be available on a 'Bed & Breakfast' basis. Please ask for details.
A home-cooked candle-lit dinner (normally served at 7.30pm) is available in the windmill, along with a good selection of wines and spirits. Please book in advance.
3 course dinner £32.50 and £20.00 for children aged 9 - 14. Please ask for details for children 8 years and under if they are eating with their parents. We are happy to provide an earlier meal at 6pm for these younger children at a cost of £10.00 per child.
Dinner is charged at only £27.50 per person when booked at the same time as a room.
The windmill is available over the Christmas and New Year periods but on a self catering basis only. Please contact us for further information.
Cley Windmill is entirely no smoking. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.
Check in times are from 3.00pm onwards every day. The requested departure time is 10.30am every day.
Car parking is available at the windmill.

A well behaved dog(s) is / are welcome in Dovecote at an additional charge of £22, irrespective of the length of stay. Any damage incurred will be added to your bill.

Short Breaks may be available at The Old Bakery at certain times of the year. Please contact the Windmill if you would like to discuss any dates.
Please note that short breaks will only be considered out of school holidays.
Dinner: you might like to sample dinner at the Windmill during your stay. Please contact us to make a booking. The current outside diner price is £32.50 but you will receive a 10% discount on this.
Another alternative is that we can arrange for one of our chefs to come to the Old Bakery and serve your meal there. Please ask us for details. Prices will depend on the menu chosen.

We require a 33% deposit at the time of booking. The balance, plus a £200 housekeeping deposit, is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Your housekeeping deposit will be refunded a few days after the end of your booking via your credit / debit card. In the unlikely event that the cottage requires additional cleaning and tidying (for example washing up, carpet/upholstery cleaning, damage repairs, replacement of missing items, blocked Saniflow units) we will contact you with details. You will be sent our full Terms & Conditions on booking.
